Q: How does pre-order items work?

A: To secure your items, full payment is due at checkout and you will receive a confirmation immediately. When your pre-order item reaches our HQ from our manufacturer, we will ship immediately. The dispatch date on pre-order items is approximate and is subject to change, however we will endeavour to meet the dispatch date on the listing.

Q: How do I know if an item is a pre-order?

A: All pre-order items will be marked at the top of the description with 'PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PRE ORDER ITEM' and will have an estimated dispatch date in the description.

Q: When will our products be available for non- pre order?

A: Our official launch won’t be until later on in the year, so in order to be one of the first to get your hands on our disability friendly beauty 

products you will need to order during our exclusive pre-order window.

Q: How do I subscribe to your newsletters?

A: You can subscribe using your email address on the bottom of the Home page.

Q: How do I track the shipment of my order?

A: Tracking will be available on your dispatch email. Parcels are usually sent via Royal Mail so can be tracked here.

Q: What if my order arrives incomplete, damaged, or defective?

A: We don't expect this to happen as all orders are quality checked before we send them. But if it does happen, please contact us right away and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
