Where is my order?

Please check your order page for updates and track your package to see when it’s going to be delivered. If your items are marked as delivered but you haven’t got them, please get in touch at millie@humanbeauty.co.uk.

Can I track my items?

Yes. You can track your item using your tracking number. We also offer non-tracked delivery, but we recommend tracked delivery for added security and speed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We send international packages through Royal Mail. You can see how
much it costs to ship to your country here.

What is your returns policy?

You can return items within 28 days of their delivery date. If your items
are unused, you’ll get a full refund. [INFO ABOUT PROCESS]

We’re not able to offer returns on used items. If your items arrive open or broken, take a picture and email it to millie@humanbeauty.co.uk. We’ll get a replacement to you as soon as possible.

What if my order is missing items, damaged or the products aren’t right?

We quality check all orders before sending them out, but we know errors happen. We’re really sorry your order hasn’t arrived in perfect condition. Please get in touch at millie@humanbeauty.co.uk and we’ll ship the correct items out as soon as possible.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

We cover VAT for items shipped to the UK and most of the EU (excluding the Republic of Ireland). Most of our items don’t come with extra customs charges.

If you’re outside of the EU, check your local customs policies for more information. We aren’t responsible for any customs fees you’re charged.


Are Human Beauty products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes – and always will be. As a small business, we aren’t currently PETA or Leaping Bunny certified as these certifications are very expensive, but all of our suppliers strictly comply with their standards. We’ll be looking into both stamps of approval in the future.

Are they safe for sensitive skin?

Many of our customers, including our founder Millie, have very sensitive skin and use our products without irritation. We avoid ingredients that can upset skin, like drying alcohol, silicones, parabens, sulphates, phthalates and more.

If you find your skin gets irritated, please stop using the product straight away. We’ll try our best to help too, so please reach out for advice.

Are Human Beauty products eye-safe?

Under UK and EU law, our eyeshadows and mascaras are safe to be used on your eyes.

Under US law, some of our pigments may not be suitable for use around the eyes.


How do I know if an item is a pre-order?

You’ll see “Please note this is a pre-order item” at the top of the product page. There will be an estimated dispatch date in the description.

How do I pre-order an item?

Click ‘pre-order’ to buy the item. You’ll pay for your makeup now and get an email giving you an idea of when to expect it. We’ll send the item to you as soon as it’s ready.

Pre-order dispatch dates may change, but we’ll keep you updated.
